Compassion-focused Psychotherapy
This is a trainee weekend, open to trainees from any psychodrama school, and also to professional colleagues from related disciplines who wish to experience and learn more about psychodrama.
During the process of psychotherapy, it can be highly beneficial to help clients develop the capacity to view themselves with self-compassion. During this weekend workshop, we will explore the themes of self- compassion and how psychodrama can help clients become more integrated as they develop the skills of mindful self-compassion, self- understanding and acceptance. This weekend will include psychodramas, theoretical input and processing. Trainees will direct.
