Open Weekend – Unfinished Business
When we are unable to fully express ourselves, carry out desired actions or defend our boundaries, this can leave us with a powerful ‘act hunger’ (conscious or unconscious) to say what was unsaid, or to do what we were forbidden or unable to do. In this workshop participants will have the chance to work through their unfinished business in order to free themselves from old burdens and move forward with greater ease. This weekend will include psychodramas, theoretical input and processing.
This is an open workshop. Open workshops are open to everyone over age 18 (no prior experience of drama, therapy or psychodrama / sociodrama is required).
